The logo is a solved cube: three solid forms, one per axis. Every other mark is the same cube, turned, and the beads only surface when it moves.
The six face turns, U D L R F B, each a quarter, half, or three-quarter turn. Prime reverses: R then R' is a no-op.
That's the entire vocabulary. Any word of any length lands on a reachable, solvable state. You cannot spell an impossible cube.
Every cell stays full. Occupancy is total, no gaps.
Shape and colour are welded to the sticker. A turn moves them together; nothing is ever recoloured or reshaped in place.
Every state is the logo plus a word, and minus that word returns to it. Reversibility is the license: if it can't solve, it isn't a mark.
One frozen state, read four ways. Iso-mark for the logo, net for a surface, strip for a favicon, motion for the word itself.
Because colour is never assigned, a generated mark is also a status display: map the five states to live tasks and the logo renders your dashboard.
